In June 2023, I participated in a workshop organized by the Politecnico di Milano. The task was to create a logo for the Certosa District, a neighborhood in Milan undergoing redevelopment by the company Real Step. The requirement was that the new brand should be impactful, simple, and recognizable.

We designed the logo by incorporating special typographic elements that reflect some of the district’s distinctive architectural features.

This approach was chosen so that these unique characters could be used as graphic symbols.
